2. Nature of Services
Anugan Solutions is a business-to-business (B2B) gift card reselling platform. This website provides information about our gift card catalog, spanning categories across India and global markets, for use cases such as employee rewards, sales incentives, and client gifting programs. This website is informational in nature and does not support direct online purchase or checkout. All orders, pricing, and procurement terms are confirmed separately through direct engagement with our team.
3. Master Service Agreement
Where a buyer has entered into a separate Master Service Agreement ("MSA") with Anugan Enterprises Private Limited, the terms of that MSA shall govern the business relationship, including use of our services and platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the MSA, the terms of the MSA shall prevail.
4. Business Verification (KYB)
Anugan may require prospective and existing business clients to complete a Know Your Business ("KYB") verification process. This process may involve submission of company registration documents, identification of authorized representatives, and other due diligence documentation. Anugan reserves the right to validate this information using third-party verification services and to decline or discontinue business with any entity that does not satisfactorily complete this process, including but not limited to shell or front companies.
5. Order & Pricing Terms
Pricing for gift card procurement is customized based on order volume, denomination requirements, and program structure. No pricing displayed or discussed is binding until confirmed in writing between Anugan and the buyer. All orders are subject to written confirmation, including quantities, denominations, and delivery timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Anugan Enterprises Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anugan Enterprises Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
